Self-Discovery Zone seeks to enhance or change the quality of relationships, foster personal growth, and/or improve career personalities through a 35 minute coaching session. The 35 minute coaching session involves the following: individual personality assessment; brief overview of other personality types; strengths and stressor assessment; and plan of action.

Communication is the most valuable key to healthy relationships, personal growth, and career development. However, when you are unable to communicate with yourself while lacking the ability to identify your strengths and stressors, you will also be unable to communicate with others, nevertheless understand them. Furthermore, most of the time we are our own worst enemy. When we make the time to communicate with ourselves first, we find greater satisfaction and happiness in our relationships. We find ourselves growing through our obstacles instead of being broken by them. Lastly, we also find ourselves in a more fulfilling career instead of working just for a paycheck.
